Terms of rental

Staying in caravans and mobile homes requires an obligatory reservation, with a deposit equal to 50% of the staying price. Such deposit is payable within and not later than 8 days from the request, otherwise the reservation is not confirmed.
The outstanding balance is payable upon arrival, with a cautionary fee of € 200,00 for mobile homes and € 100 for caravans. This will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided that no damages have been caused inside the mobile homes or caravans, after all the check-out.
Any delays at the arrival or early departures have to be properly communicated to the manager's office and involve, in any case, the payment of the entire reserved period.
Delays of more than 24 hours (if not announced to the managers) involve the cancellation of the reservation itself.
Should there be any cancellation of the stay, the deposit will be entirely refunded (except € 35,00 paid for registration, postal or bank charges and various administrative costs) only if the management receive an appropriate written communication 30 days prior the beginning of the reserved period. If these conditions do not apply there will not be any reimbursement.
Within the reserved spaces for the caravans and mobile homes, it is forbidden to pitch tents, gazebos and similar equipment.
There is an extra obligatory charge for cleaning expenses of € 35,00 (mobile homes) and € 20,00 (caravans).
For the periods under the A and B price list, the minimum requested stay is of 3 days.
For the periods under the C and D price list, the minimum requested stay if of 7 days (from Saturday to Saturday).
The price of the living units include: one car parking, supply of pots and dishes/kitchenware (only pots and silverware for caravans), an equipped veranda, hot and cold water (only cold water for caravans), electric power, gas, taxes and vat.
The price of the living units does not include: bed linen service (€ 20,00 for double bed and € 10,00 for single bed), bathroom linen / weekly changed (€ 15,00 per person), use of washing-machine (after having given notice to the office, € 6,00/washing, 5kg).
The amount of electric power used for the air-conditioning in the mobile homes, will be calculated at the end of the stay, according to how many kilowatts have been used (€ 0,50 per kW, free 2 kW per week).
Any damages to the structure of the living unit and to its equipment, are at the customers' expenses.
Arrival times: from 04:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Departure times: 10:00 am.
The management has discretionary rigths in assigning the living units.

Terms of camping

Reservation for spaces assigned to tents, caravans and verandas are not accepted during the period Aug. 1^st/20^th.
Any additional equipment like small tents used as kitchen, gazebo and similar, can be installed only if they do not interfere with adjacent caravan spaces.
The managers have the right to remove such structures in case they should cause obstacles or limitations of any kind.
It is compulsory to keep one’s own space in order during the entire length of the stay. Out of respect for all the campers and the decorum of the camping itself.
